My Story

This sweet girl was rescued from a beach in Europe and accompanied our rescue friend and her husband on their travels for the last six months. She blossomed from a frightened shy pup to the confident calm girl she is today. Suspected to be a mix of Corgi, Jack Russell with a scattering of hound, at ten months of age, Beatrice is very special! She loves other dogs! She is the dog that gets everyone playing at the dog park. But Beatrice also recognizes if/when they don’t want to play. She is currently living with two senior dogs and is respectful of their space. Frankly she finds it a bit boring for a party girl like her. She tried playing with the cat also but got the cold shoulder. Surprisingly Beatrice is medium energy and is content having a good snooze while you work or spends time playing with her toys. According to her foster mom, she is “perfect!” Help Beatrice leave her boring foster home by applying for her today. She would love another dog in the home as she is so eager to engage and older children would be fun to play with as well. We suspect that she wouldn’t be an ideal apartment or condo dog, as she tends to bark at unknown sounds and the doorbell.
